Availability & Leasing
Grandview Summit offers spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments for rent in Crestview Hills, KY, designed with open layouts and practical living space. To see current availability and pricing, visit the Floor Plans page or contact our leasing team for the most up-to-date information.
Scheduling a tour is simple. You can request an in-person visit through our website or call our leasing office directly. Our team will guide you through the community and available apartments so you can experience Grandview Summit firsthand.
After selecting your preferred apartment, you’ll complete an online application, submit the application fee and holding deposit, and provide required documentation. Applications are reviewed based on credit, income, rental history, and background screening. If eligibility requirements are not met, the holding fee will be refunded. For more details, please contact our leasing office.
Application approvals are typically completed within 1–3 business days once all required documents are received. Processing times may vary depending on application details.
Grandview Summit offers 12 month leases for initial lease term. Additional lease term options may be available upon renewal. For additional information, please contact our leasing team or submit a request through the Contact Us page.
Yes. If your desired floor plan is not currently available, you can join our waitlist by submitting an application along with a $50 application fee and $200 reservation deposit. Our team will contact you when a matching apartment becomes available.
Pricing & Fees
Monthly rent varies depending on the floor plan, location within the community, and current availability. You can view current pricing on the Floor Plans page or contact our leasing office for personalized assistance.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, and optional services such as cable, phone, and internet.
Security deposits vary based on credit screening and typically range from $200 to one month’s rent. Preferred Employers may qualify for a reduced security deposit of $150, pending credit approval. Please contact our leasing team for details specific to your application.
A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant. A $200 holding fee is also collected and applied toward your security deposit once approved. If an application is not approved, the holding fee will be refunded. At the time of move-in, an additional administration fee of $150 will be due. Yes, all residents at Grandview Summit are required to carry renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Please reach out to our office for more information on approved policies.
Pet Policies
Absolutely! Grandview Summit is proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in Crestview Hills, KY, where both you and your pets can feel right at home.
Up to two pets are allowed per apartment, with a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $45 monthly pet rent per pet.
Breed restrictions do apply, along with a weight limit of 75 lbs. Please contact the leasing office for a complete list of restrictions and guidelines.
Yes! Grandview Summit offers a pet-friendly environment with open green spaces, walking areas, and plenty of room for your pets to enjoy. We also host pet-friendly resident events and yappy hours, creating opportunities for both you and your furry companions to connect with the community. Apartment Features
Each apartment home includes a full kitchen with black appliance packages, including a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a garbage disposal and an in-home washer and dryer. Select homes also feature granite countertops and upgraded finishes.
Yes, all apartments at Grandview Summit include an in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry more convenient.
Yes, every apartment includes central air conditioning and heating systems to ensure year-round comfort.
Apartments are offered unfurnished, but our team can connect you with third-party furnishing providers if needed.

Yes, parking is available at Grandview Summit. Surface lot parking is complimentary for residents, and single-car garages are available for rent at $75 per month. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and additional details.

Policies & Procedures
Residents can pay rent securely through the online resident portal using ACH or major credit cards. Please contact our leasing team for help setting up your account.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
Early lease termination is subject to applicable fees. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the leasing office for details.
